Q. What qualification must I possess ?

A. You need valid professional licensure.

Q. Do you need bilingual staff ?

A. Yes, we need bilingual staff.

Q. When will I get my check ?

A. You get your check on each Wednesday, the following week.

Q. Is it any orientation period ?

A. Yes, one or two days of orientation is a must.

Q. What should I do if I get a new, difficult assignment that may jeopardize my license ?

A. You must contact CHF Staffing immediately. Our experienced manager will contact the facility you are working for that day, and will talk with the Director of Nursing Services. We will protect you and your license.

Q. What should I do if my reflief nurse does not arrive on time?

A. If you can wait you must contact the RN Supervisor and ask to be paid over time. If the RN Supervisor refuses to pay you OT then you count the narcotics with an other nurse or the RN Supervisor. Never leave your job without counting the narcotics ! Make sure the nurse you counted the narcotics with signs also the book! There must be two signatures !

Q. Do I get any help to improve my documentation?

A. Yes, we will teach you to write your comprehensive NN in just five minutes. You will receive guidance via text message right into your cellular phone.
